NEW HOUSES ON NORCROSS AVE

Completed 2008

Two houses designed and built on a modest budget as investment properties on a subdivided site in Henderson, West Auckland.

Designed for privacy between the units while maximising views, sun access and outdoor living.

We coordinated the subdivision and designed the site works, new houses and landscaping, resulting in a tightly coordinated development.
